About Me

I believe it takes courage to ask for help. I strive to be empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental to create a safe, supportive environment for you to explore what brought you to therapy. It is important to me that you feel heard, validated and understood.

I will help you explore the challenges you are facing to improve your life satisfaction. I am there to help navigate and be an anchor as we explore your challenges, strengths and hope. I will help you explore, empower and embrace the change you’re looking for.

I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist. I am a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I have obtained a Master of Social Work, post-graduate certificate in Addictions: Treatment and Prevention, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have also attended many workshops and trainings to continue to grow as a clinician. I have over nine years of clinical experience supporting individuals with addiction, mental health and trauma concerns to empower change and meet their goals.
