Individual therapy

This is an opportunity for personal growth and change in a safe, supportive environment. All of my sessions use a collaborative approach to therapy based on your specific goals. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my approach reflects this. I believe there is no “one size fits all” and therefore use an eclectic approach to therapy. This means I use the best tools and techniques that are suited to your goals. Some types of therapy I draw on include:

Sessions are $130 for a standard 60min session. In person or online appointments available. I accept Credit Card, Debit Visa, Cash or e-transfer. If needed, please ask about my sliding scale.
